如果尺寸大小不适合，可以更换，但是必须遵守以下条规：
✔ 收到内衣后(7天/1周内)接受对换，7天/一周后 一律不接受。
✔ 换者 *需自付 双方邮费 (WM 西马 RM8)。
✔ 你寄出后，我们收到 核实确认没问题了 才会重新寄回给你唷。
✔ 试穿时不要剪掉Label，我们必须确保 商品确实是我们家的，并且确保没洗过。
(*Label若有被剪断后，打结绑回的痕迹一律不接受更换)
✔ 请把内衣放回Zip袋子，如果没有Zip包装袋子，一律不受理。
✔ 太大/太小？不合身？我们 有提供 (换款式) 或 (换尺码) ，【*商品售出、一律不接受退款。】

符合以上条规者、即可更换。

If you are not satisfied with your products received such as defective products and wrong items or sizes, kindly contact Customer Service (IG Inbox Live Chat) if you wish to conduct any return & exchanges.

✔ Exchange will only be Approved upon Inspection and Permission. All return items Must Be Unworn (Except First Try On), Unwashed and Complete with All Original Label Tags & Original Zip Packaging. Panties are NOT ALLOWED for Return & Exchange due to Hygiene Concerns.

✔ Exchange Person need to pay both parties postage RM8.

✔ Kindly Ensure All Return Packages are Sent With Traceable and Courier Insured Services, Dearie Lady Innerwear Official will NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY on Any Damaged or Lost Items during the transit that when you send back to us.

✔ Kindly Arrange for Return Shipment WITHIN 7 DAYS after the date of Tracking System update you're received it.

✔ We will exchange items that has returned to us within 3 days from received date and subjected to availability of stocks.
