6. We provide Pgeon Delivery delivery service for West Malaysia, and POSLAJU for East Malaysia. 
7. Do not place order with anyone who are not under our company, (We're only selling on Dearie Lady Official IG Page / FB Page / Official Website) any loss will not be our responsibility.
8. Items that has been washed is not accepted to exchange even though it defected and etc. 
9. Only items with new condition without washed is accepted to exchange in certain reason. 
10. Done Payment before every night 11.59PM considered as orders on the day, while after 11.59PM considered as next day orders. 
11. Shipments will be shipped out on next working day. (All Ready Stock Available)
